LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, PRESENTING THE WINNERS!
Any self respecting car buff the world over has to be aware of the latest sensation in the world of four wheels. Yes! The North American International Auto Show 2007 was a total red carpet event which saw the best turn out in their own designer wear. Of course, we are talking about the celebrities involved - the cars!
An utterly fabulous turn out of the year’s best cars preening and posing for the shutter bugs. Well, why not move one step further and see which debutantes are going to be offered to us for the coming year:
Talking about unveilings, there were a great many of them, but let’s not waste time and space and only talk about those whom we think are going to set the roads ablaze in 2008.
The first to be mentioned-of course the Porsche Cayenne, which will become the Brad Pitt of the car world. It looks sleek, powerful and sexy and surprise surprise! It IS sleek, powerful and sexy! Ever heard of a 5-seater sports car? Well, this baby with 500 horsepower is just that.
Next up we have the all new Mitsubishi Lancer. A design inspired by fighter planes, it is sharp, angled and very smooth. Another trump for the sports segment, the Lancer is a winner all the way.
Talking about sports cars, the new Lexus IS-F Performance Sedan throws dirt in the eyes of all competition. A hot engine with more than 400 horsepower, A V8 engine equipped with transmission and engine oil coolers and a smashing design-a complete package.
We bet these stunners took your breath away. They certainly took ours.
