According to the plans, focused steps are being taken to increase the international appeal of this Italian car. A complete re-engineering of the floor plan has been undertaken to incorporate the automated box.
But the biggest change that they are planning on is the coupe design. It has been altered beyond recognition and, it must be said, looks to be very innovative and creative. There is a conscious effort to move away from the Ferrari influence and towards the Alfa Romeo style. Like the latter, the air conditioning units are being in-built in the entire structure of the car.
The engine is said to be reaching 400 horsepower (wow!) and has a 4.7 liter V8 engine. This makes one think of unleashed power in the hands of the driver. But not to worry. The safety and balance of the Maserati has been retained. It will still be an extremely easy vehicle to handle and will be a pure joy to drive.
